I offer a range of guided activities and short courses in essential outdoor skills. Based in the Cairngorms National Park, we’ll be able to enjoy some of the finest scenery in the Highlands while we explore and learn.

Outdoor Navigation

Knowing where you are is crucial for safety, and crucial for your confidence outdoors. This course is perfect for anyone who wants to learn or brush up on their map and compass skills.

Skills for Wild Camping

Wild Camping is a great way to enjoy Scotland’s outdoors. This course looks at the essential skills to make your camping experience safe, comfortable and sustainable.

Location

Courses take place in the Aviemore area of the Cairngorms National Park. This area gives us a huge variety of landscapes and habitat to utilise in our learning.

Group Size

I work on a private basis so it will be only you or your group on the course. Small groups with 2/3, max 4 people work best to ensure personal attention to your learning. Please contact me to discuss if you have a larger group in mind.
