The Caledonian ForestA dead pine branch lying in the pink heather made for an interesting composition, but it wasn't until i put my drone in the air that I found an angle I really like - completely vertical. The fractal nature of trees fascinates me, and in this scene it was possible to convey the idea of the branch as a tree in miniature, standing in a pink field.
