TorridonFlowerdale Forest is truly one of the wildest and most remote areas of Scotland. From Beinn Eighe, I captured the peaks of Flowerdale and Shieldaig Forests in an extraordinary moment of light. What appeared as sunset was in fact the sun reflecting on the waters of the minch, and shining up again onto the bottom of a layer of cloud, reflecting again in the myriad lochans.
